The
Company reserves the right, without
assigning any reasons, to cancel,
advance, reschedule or delay the
commencement or continuance of
the flight or alter the route
of journey or to change the type
passengers or any other person
on any ground whatsoever. The
company also reserves to itself
the right to refuse to carry any
person whom it considers unfit
to travel or who in the opinion
of the company may contribute
risks to the aircraft or to the
person on board.

If
at any stage it is found that
the helicopter/aircraft with the
booked load of passengers etc.,
will overloaded the company will
have the right to decide which
passenger or article shall be
off – loaded and such decisions
shall be final and binding.

The
Company is not liable for any
damage occasioned by delay in
the carriage by air of passenger
or baggage.
-
No
refund for cancellation of ticket
by the passenger will be entertained.
Should the flight be cancelled
due to reason beyond our control,
like bad weather, technical fault,
pilot illness, full refund is
applicable. Refund for one-way
fare will be Rs. 3000/- only.

Flight
from Phata will be undertaken
only when full passenger load
is available at Phata and full
passenger load is available at
Kedarnath Ji for return flight.

Both
way passengers will be given priority
over one way passengers.

In
the event of death of passenger
or any bodily injury or wound
suffered by a passenger which
result in a permanent disablement
in capacitating him from engaging
in or being occupied with his
usual duties or business or occupation,
the liability of the carrier for
each passenger shall be maximum
of Rs.10,00,000 /- (Rs.Ten Lakh
Only) and in case of an Infant
Rs. 3,75,000/- (Rs. Three lac
seventy five thousand only).
